DATELINE: May 5, 2013 - The Bureau Of Labor Statistics shows a slight gain in non-manufacturing jobs

in April.  However, the problems remain that not enough manufacturing jobs are being created to show a sizable gain for employment that was so badly damaged during 2008.

DATELINE: April 12, 2013 - Major Assault weapons legislation continues to make its way in the Congress with both House and Senate Conferees debating the pro's and con's against the 2nd Amendment Right To Bear Arms with no Infringement. The Founders knew our rights to bear arms.

He would remind Kim that the path to war is fraught with many unintended consequences including war

by accident.  The path to peace requires respect for others and one's children; not belligerence.  He

encourages China to broker a truce of hostilities and stop supplying N.Korea with nuclear technology.

UPDATE:  China has the most to fear if they fail to invade an unstable North Korea because of a real

collapse of the economic support that North Korea requires in spite UN sanctions. China continues to give material and food aid including yuans to support its very fragile economy.  Analysts believe China

fears a mass exodus to its eastern border of North Korean refugees that will hemorrhage its resources

and allow South Korean Companies to rebuild the North Korean economy making the country one again.

They do not like the prospect of having to deal with another Taiwan as their U.S. eastern neighbor.

Finally, he encourages Obama to meet with Kim to diffuse the crisis until stability can be restored as

similar to what President Kennedy did when meeting with Nikita Khrushchev during the Cuban Missile

Crisis in 1962. He also encourages all Americans be prepared to evacuate and relocate if War comes!

Dateline: March 17, 2013 - Author and 2016 American Party Presidential Candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball,

March 12, 2013 - America is in Recession confirmed by the February Jobs Report affirmed by the

Bureau of Labor Statistics.  Although more than employment rose above previous months, the net result is that the jobless rate is still far too high and continues to show an anemic pace of recovery.

Some economists say the Recession began  mid-year of 2012 at the time when the dollar was being

squeezed by the problems with the Euro.  Europe, being a trading partner has faltered and stumbled 

putting much economic pressure on the United States as Treasury's policy of monetary easing continues

by the Federal Reserve supported by Barrack Obama and Chairman, Ben Bernakke."Where is the means

JOBS REPORT SHOWS MEANS

DATELINE: January 29, 2013 -"The Founders of America warned future generations that the Republic is a Sovereign nation and that Sovereignty must be protected at all costs", so says 2016 American Party

Presidential Candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball.  

Commenting on his new title, The Ball Doctrine, "the Chinese are using America as a means to an

end including trading equity for debt for the United States Of America." The founders were vocal

that American sovereignty within its own borders be protected from both foreign invasion and foreign

investment that was contrary to the vital interests of the United States and comparing them as equal

in their power and ability to destroy the national security interests of the United States.  

The Bank Of China has inked deals with American Oil companies  to create "Free Trade Zones" from

which to operate within the United States.  This is a violation of the Commerce Clause making it both

a security issue and violation of American Sovereignty.  The Commerce Department should be all over

this putting America's national security interests above debt and profit of China's human rights record.

 

DATELINE: January 28, 2013 - In a prepared statement, American Party Presidential candidate, Dennis

Andrew Ball said today that the American Party Of America must raise $1 Billion dollars with in the next

4 years to capture the White House and put America back on solid ground for its children & traditional

family structure.

"The stakes are high on all levels of government and policies on the local, state and federal levels must

change to conform to the best interests of children, parents and grandparents and follow the rule of law.  If government workers cannot or will not follow the rules of law, they must either step aside or

face the consequences of their actions.  All of us are stewards of this Republic and all of us must follow

the law that supports it.  If the laws are bad, then they must be changed by the mechanism within local

state and federal government to do it", he said.

on the Federal Government within all branches and to work with the State and Local governments that

justice is served upon those who use, abuse and misuse their positions of public trust to injure and

damage the innocent for profit at taxpayer expense", Ball said.

"I call upon ALL Americans to contribute to the 2016 Campaign For President including ALL citizens of

the World who believe America must stay economically strong and move the World Forward by actions

that affirm and support the traditional heterosexual nuclear family to keep it the dominant model for

present and future generations!" the statement reads.

WORLD UNEMPLOYED CAUSE

DATELINE: January 23, 2013 - The United Nation's Report On World Unemployment sounds an alarming

reality for the free world.  More young people are experiencing chronic long term unemployment that is

impacting their mental health and family structure.  For many economists and psychologists this is a

total recipe for global disaster.

The report delves into the numbers of World unemployment and unemployment amongst youth and the

growing problem of long term unemployment.  In his book, The Ball Doctrine , 2016 American Party

Presidential candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball discusses the reasons for the global decline amongst certain

age and underdeveloped economic groups and nations.  Finding the right formula that works in every

nation to support their populations without creating economic hardship for all within the family unit.

United States would not negotiate with them nor back down to them.

GUN VIOLENCE AT SCHOOLS

DATELINE: January 17, 2013 - Perry County, KY - Three killed including a juvenile in the parking lot at the Hazard Community & Technical College, Hazard, Kentucky. It appears from reports this was a result

of a domestic dispute between parents of a two year old boy regarding custody of the child. About 30

students were on campus for evening classes when the violence broke out. School officials took action went into lock down of the facility while police searched two of the buildings for suspects. 

including the banning of assault weapons was proposed.  The National Rifle Association immediate took aim at the administration on the ban provision and vowed to fight to keep it from taking effect.

DATELINE: December 29, 2012 - In what is apparently being dubbed "America's Fiscal Cliff, time makes

it relevant for the two sides of the Executive and Congressional branches of government to agree on a

fiscal budget spending cuts that will serve the American Worker and his or her family.  

In his new book, THE BALL DOCTRINE, 2016 American Party Presidential Candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball

says "that it is imperative that the two sides agree on a balanced budget and getting the Means Of

Production to emerge in the recovery of America's economic decline."  What that means he says, Is

for the banking industry to lend to small businesses to kick start manufacturing and make America 

once again the economic leader for the middle class."

terrorize his neighborhood upon which he and others lived.  William Spengler 62, a convicted killer of his own Grandmother in 1987 and the shooter set ablaze 7 homes close by to his own residence. Details'

continue to come in but it appears at least 2 police and 2 firefighters where ambushed as they responded to the fires.  Spengler was later found dead on the beach with a self inflicted wound.

This brings the total of the last 12 days of mayhem to at least 35 deaths caused by mentally ill people.

DATELINE: 12/21/2012 - 2016 American Party Presidential Candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball,

believes America and the World will fully recover economically from the events that led to

its demise.  Saying that "Our Nation and World is about to enter a NEW BEGINNING of global

economic prosperity based on the political will to see that our children's futures are secure!"

Ball bases this assumption that nations and governments have a vested interest in their families

and that their survival is linked to the "Means Of Production" to satisfy the "Ends".  He sees every

nation becoming a production based economy respecting the laws of nature and working for their

In his next book early next year, emphathizing in "THE BALL DOCTRINE", a point of discussion to

show just how far society has come in its assumptions that unaccountable behavior to current and future generations does in fact produce a society of accountable behavior because of the destructive

power released by it.  The nation of Egypt is a product of that with the nations of Syria & Libya falling 

in line. Ball predicts Iran will be next then North Korea and China.  Democratizing the World has come!

DATELINE: December 15, 2012 - On the heels of the Oregon Mall shooting comes the massacre of 27 victims including the shooter and 20 children at a Connecticut elementary school.  Details will be

posted as they come to us.  Dennis Andrew Ball issued a statement comforting the the parents and families of the victims and condemned this senseless violence as a breakdown and disease on the American culture and the traditional family structure that continues to have no bounds! Saying: "American Institutions have failed our children creating a nightmare for them and their parents!"

Illinois. Flags have been ordered to fly at half-staff for 30 days in honor of the dead & their families.

DATELINE: August 20, 2012 - If not once but twice in the same week, the Ball Campaign

encountered more theft of personal effects in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Mr. Ball had

his personal id and important papers stolen at West Palm Hospital where he was admitted

was robbed over $1,000.00 at the Greyhound Bus Station downtown West

Palm Beach, Florida.  Mr. Ball was in route from Ft. Laderdale, Florida

DATELINE: July 5, 2012-  In an Opt-ed piece by The Wall Street Journal, Mitt Romney is portrayed as a flip flopper on important issues affecting the 2012 Campaign for President.  Last weeks' ruling on Obamacare by the US Supreme Court has gotten the Romney camp between their words and each other.  In an interview with CBS News, Romney appearing with his wife is quoted as saying that he believes that the proper term for the "Mandate" is a "TAX".  However, earlier that week, his Chief Adviser said that the "Mandate" is considered a "PENALTY" for the Middle Class.  In both instances, the Journal reports that this shows how out of touch both of them are regarding contradictory statements regarding the burden it places on Ordinary Americans. 2012 Presidential Candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball calls the "Mandate" a SOCIAL INJUSTICE that both taxes & penalize the Middle Class to be forced to purchase health insurance. "No Where In The United States Constitution are People forced to purchase anything from a Government Program, not even in the Commerce Clause.For that, Obamacare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and should have been STRUCK DOWN by the 5 Supreme Court Justices who affirmed it", he said. DATELINE: June 26, 2012 - Presidential Candidate Dennis Andrew Ball said today:"The Supreme Court Of The United States Errored In Their Decision To Strike Down Provisions That Allows The States Of The United States to enforce laws that are not in conflict with Federal Law".  Referring to the Court's ruling on Arizona Controversial Immigration Law SB 1070, Ball continued to say: "The Court Must Respect States Rights & State Sovereignty to determine what is in their best interests when Federal Law is not enforced within a Federal Jurisdiction". Dateline 6/4/2011 (Phoenix)- 2012 Presidential Candidate, Dennis Andrew Ball has concluded that the economy will not recover from the current economic slide until Federal Spending is Capped at no more than 20% GDP (currently 24%); keep tax rates from rising (even for the affluent) and delegate more responsibilities to the States with a balanced Federal Budget.  Job one must be to protect the American People from both International & Domestic Terrorism but also to create the business environment to attract and reward industry and business to invest in the Nation and demand that the Banking Industry resume lending to Small Business and Credit Worthy Individuals including curing the mortgage foreclosures.  Obamacare has turned out to be a boondoggle for the middle class and should be repealed with a State Sponsored Alternative funded by the federal government for the 30-40 million individuals without health care for low income families and individuals.  States that have utilized the Medicaid Rules have helped millions.
